14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions to Kursixa. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at support@kursixa.se and we will help you submit the request.

Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.

Renewal charges

For subscription renewals beyond the initial purchase, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
